Year 8

All students in Year 8 study a common broad curriculum covering studies across all 8 Key Learning Areas (KLAs) - English, Mathematics, Science, SOSE (Studies of Society and Environment), Languages, Technology, Health and Physical Education, and the Arts.  This allows the student to appreciate the differences and expectations of a variety of subject disciplines and hence to be able to make a wise choice of subjects for Years 9 and 10.
