Learning

“When people ask me what I love
about Stuartholme, I say the people.
I love my friends, my teachers
are amazing and overall,
it’s the place I want to be.”

Michaela, Year 12
The Stuartholme academic programme follows the Australian Curriculum and reports to the Australian Curriculum Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA).

The School has a pedagogical framework that has been collaboratively developed by the academic community to ensure that high quality teaching is focused on the achievement of the individual girl.

Stuartholme has an expectation of hard work, commitment and a positive contribution to learning from all members of the student community. Our aim is for all students to strive for academic excellence, and to achieve their personal best. Each student is taught to think for herself in an environment where a love of learning is valued.

Our dedicated team of teachers and staff work collaboratively to support the curriculum through implementing research-based learning methodologies. This, coupled with the use of blended-learning tools, teaches girls how to become capable learners in an ever-changing, technology focused world.
