Step 1 – Pay application fee
Following the instructions (click here), please make a non-refundable application fee of $100 (per child).
When payment is complete, a receipt number will be issued. Please note the receipt number and enter it into the ‘Payment Receipt’ section of the Enrolment Application below.
Cheques made out to Stuartholme School can be posted to:

Step 2 – Document upload
Scan the following documents to be uploaded to the form below.
- Birth certificate
- Naplan results (if applicable)
- School reports (if applicable)
- Sacramental documents (if applicable)
Step 3 – Complete the Enrolment Application form
